WARNING: Contracted guestroom blocks for meetings have become victims to hotel poachers. The company is called Exhibition Hotel Management and they sometimes have been able to contact members attending the meeting. This results in guestrooms not being booked inside our block. The poachers have sent copies of a form guests requesting a credit card. It all looks very legitimate. You should book your rooms directly with the hotel, using the information provided above. The Ritz-Carlton is 75% king rooms. When making your reservation you can guarantee a specific room type for an extra fee.
