Hello, and welcome to YFP’s book club! Every six months YFP will announce a book that falls under the umbrella of professional-development and leadership to drive fruitful conversation and self-development.

The next book we will read is The Ideal Team Player by Patrick Lencioni. While reading, we suggest taking notes and highlighting sections that hit home for you most, to help facilitate conversation with other readers.
