ESPS appointments will be held in a ballroom not private suites, so our block consists of all standard guest rooms.

• Reserve your room by Tuesday, May 20 to get our group rate, but be aware that rooms can sell out prior to this deadline.

NFDA has a contracted room block at this hotel that we must fulfill or we pay penalties. Please consider reserving your rooms here and not at other local properties. Thank you!

WARNING: Contracted guestroom blocks for meetings have become victims to hotel poachers. The company is called Exhibition Hotel Management and they sometimes have been able to contact members attending the meeting. This results in guestrooms not being booked inside our block. The poachers have sent copies of a form requesting a credit card. It all looks very legitimate.
