Conference Registration Options

• Download the registration form and email it to Jamie Adams or fax to 562-684-0695 
• Call 562-799-5509 and register over the phone

We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Deadline

Pay by Wednesday, February 19, 2020, for the best registration rate.

Policies 

• Retired employees of member companies can register at the spouse registration rate and will receive all the benefits of a full conference registration.
• Delayed billing option: we can delay charging your credit card until the discount deadline, Wednesday, February 19. If you’d prefer this option, contact the Pac-West office.
• Optional and social activities are only available to those who have registered for the conference.
• Requests for refunds must be made in writing. Requests made after Tuesday, February 4, 2020 are subject to a $95 per person processing fee. 
• No refunds will be issued after Wednesday, February 19, 2020.
• Attendee substitution is permitted. 
• Registration and attendance at or participation in this joint conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to MWFA, NFDA or Pac-West’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio recordings of such events and activities.
